While we appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointments rescheduled to prevent disruption to subsequent appointments.

In order to uphold a safe and tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing children (unless they have an appointment) or pets to the salon.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items. We advise keeping your personal belongings close to you during your visit.
